Manage Sales Team

Your sales team can consist of both sales representatives (the guys bringing in the sales) and account managers (the guys keeping the relationship strong).

This is optional and doesn’t need to be completed for you to make use of Varibill.

Set up a salesperson for every individual looking after a clients’ account or to whom the commission is payable. Creating a salesperson does not automatically give the salesperson access to the system. You can do so by creating a user account on “Manage Users”.

SalesPerson Attributes Explained:

Name

Enter the full name of the sales person.

Surname

Enter the last name of the sales person.

Employee Number

This number should match the sales person’s employee number as set up in your accounting / payroll system.

Email Address

Enter a valid email address for the salesperson.
