You can submit a reset password request on behalf of a user by selecting the "Reset Password" icon next to the user on "Manage Users" screen.
An email with a link will be sent to the user’s email address once the reset request has been submitted. The user can simply select the link provided to kick off the process. The user will be requested to capture a new password and select RESET.
Be sure to advise the user to keep his/her account and data safe with a strong password. A strong password is one that is hard for a person or program to uncover.
Simply follow these simple rules:
- Create a password between 6 and 8 characters long,
- Include letters, numbers and symbols,
- Include uppercase and lowercase letters.
