Manage Users
Users are individuals that should be able to log into your Varibill Tenant to view information or perform one or more activities.
These users can be created and allocated to one or more roles.
Assign a role to a user by selecting the "Assign User Roles" icon next to the user.
Reset a users' password by selecting the "Reset Password" icon next to the user. This will send a reset password email to the user prompting him/her to reset his/her password. The user will be able to log in with his/her old password until the reset password process has been completed.
Username
The users' email address is used as his / her username. Ensure the user has access to this email account as a registration email will be sent to this address shortly after you’ve completed the registration (create) process. This email will contain a link to allow the user to select their own account password.
Assign A Role to A User
Roles are created via the "Manage Roles" screen and can be assigned to one / more users. The user will obtain all the permissions allocated to a specific role once that role is assigned to a user.
To assign a role to a user select one / more roles in the "Available Roles" list and selecting ADD.
To remove a role allocated to a user select one / more roles in the "Assigned Roles" list and selecting REMOVE.
